AFTER NOT GUILTY · PUBLIC RECORD
Submissions, Evidence & Reform
From lived experience to evidence-based proposals for systemic change.
This archive brings together formal submissions, written evidence and policy proposals by Simon Peers. The aim is to make arguments and recommendations accessible, distinguish proposals from established powers, and track whether institutions respond with more than an acknowledgement.
Our measure of progress: submission → acknowledgement → substantive response → named action → independent verification. Acknowledgement is not corrective action.
Featured public reform proposal: A Scottish Post-Acquittal Standard — eight proposed safeguards and a Justice Information Audit, developed from the controlled evidence paper Version 1.4 (26 September 2026) and subsequent research.
